【摘要】:Thisspecificationmaybeusedtoevaluatepertinentperformancecharacteristicsofwashableanddrycleanablesoftwindowcoverings,whetherlinedorunlined.Softwindowcoveringcharacteristicstobeevaluatedpriortorepeatedrefurbishinginclude,butarenotlimitedto,seamstrengthandappearance,uniformityofshade(parttopart),andsizeconsistency(sidetosideandparttopart).Softwindowcoveringcharacteristicstobeevaluatedafterrepeatedrefurbishinginclude,butarenotlimitedto,colorfastness,dimensionalchange,seamstrength,appearance,andcompatibilityofcomponents.Compatibilityofdimensionalchangebetweendraperyfabricandliningshouldbenoted.Thespecifiedhomelaundrymachinesettingsdonotreflectadvancesincycledesignorspecialfeaturesofwasheranddryerswhichenhancetheperformanceoftheseproducts.Thestandardwashinganddryingprocedurereflectstheminimumcapabilitiesofcurrenthomelaunderingequipmentusedbyconsumersinaccordancewithcarelabelinstructions.Thereproducibilityoftheresultsofthetestmethodspecifiedin9.2dependsontheuseofproceduresforautomatichomelaunderingasspecifiedoncarelabels.Theareastobeevaluatedandthecriteriaassignedtotheseareasshallbesetbymutualagreementbetweenpurchaserandsupplier.1.1Thisspecificationcoverstheevaluationofspecificperformancecharacteristicsofanywashableordrycleanablesoftwindowcovering.1.2Thisspecificationisnotaspecificationforwashableordrycleanablesoftwindowcoveringsbutmaybeusedbymutualagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthesuppliertoestablishmaterialspecifications.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
