【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesafetyrequirementsforthefollowingtypesofpower-operatedstorageequipment:--storagecarousels;--storagelifts;--mobileshelving,palletrackingandcantileverrackingwiththeobjectiveofeliminatingorminimisingthehazardsdescribedinClause4.Thesehazardscanariseduringinstallation,startingup,operation,maintenance,testinganddismantlingoftheequipment.1.2Itisessentialthatthesafetyrequirementsand/ormeasurestakeninthisstandardbeappliedtostorageequipmentwhichoperatesindoors.Underdifficultconditions,itisessentialthatadditionalhazardanalysisandsafetymeasuresbetakenintoaccount,e.g.outdoorconditions,freezerapplications,hightemperatures,corrosiveenvironment,strongmagneticfields,riskofexplosiveatmosphere,radioactiveconditions,storagegoodswhichduetotheirnaturecouldgeneratehazardoussituations(e.g.moltenmetal,acids/alkalis,fragilegoodsorexplosives),effectsofearthquakesandalsocontactwithfood.1.3Examplesofpower-operatedstorageequipmenttowhichthisstandardappliesareshowninAnnexA.1.4Withregardtobuildingsandpartsofbuildings,thisstandardappliesonlyinsofarthatanassessmentregardinghazardsandrisksinconnectionwithinterfacestothestorageequipmentiscarriedout.1..5Storageequipmentwhoseonlypowersourceisdirectlyusedhumanlabourorgravityareexcludedfromthescopeofapplicationofthisstandard.1.6Power-operatedstorageequipmentorpartsofthemdonotfallundertheregulationsforpassengerlifts.Theyareintendedtohandleandstoregoods.Theyarenotintendedtotransportpassengersundernormaluse(exceptformaintenance)andthereforenotconsideredtobelifts(elevators).1.7Thisstandarddoesnottakehazardsintoaccount,whicharisefromnoisyenvironmentsorenvironmentssubjecttoelectromagneticinterferenceoutsidetherangequotedinEN61000-6-2.
