【摘要】:Thisstandardisacompilationoftestmethodsforevaluatingpropertiesofthermallyconductiveelectricalinsulationsheetmaterialstobeusedfordielectricapplications.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SeealsoSection1.6.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Warning-Lethalvoltagesareapotentialhazardduringtheperformanceofthistest.Itisessentialthatthetestapparatus,andallassociatedequipmentelectricallyconnectedtoit,beproperlydesignedandinstalledforsafeoperation.Solidlygroundallelectricallyconductivepartswhichitispossibleforapersontocontactduringthetest.Providemeansforuseatthecompletionofanytesttogroundanypartswhichwereathighvoltageduringthetestorhavethepotentialforacquiringaninducedchargeduringthetestorretainingachargeevenafterdisconnectionofthevoltagesource.Thoroughlyinstructalloperatorsastothecorrectproceduresforperformingtestssafely.Whenmakinghighvoltagetests,particularlyincompressedgasorinoil,itispossiblefortheenergyreleasedatbreakdowntobesufficienttoresultinfire,explosion,orruptureofthetestchamber.Designtestequipment,testchambers,andtestspecimenssoastominimizethepossibilityofsuchoccurrencesandtoeliminatethepossibilityofpersonalinjury.Ifthepotentialforfireexists,havefiresuppressionequipmentavailable.Note1-ThereisnoIECpublicationorISOstandardequivalenttothisstandard.
