【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestoresidualcurrentoperatedcircuit-breakersfunctionallyindependentof,orfunctionallydependenton,linevoltage,forhouseholdandsimilaruses,notincorporatingovercurrentprotection(hereafterreferredtoasRCCBs),forratedvoltagesnotexceeding440Va.c.andratedcurrentsnotexceeding125A,intendedprincipallyforprotectionagainstshock-hazard.Thesedevicesareintendedtoprotectpersonsagainstindirectcontact,theexposedconductivepartsoftheinstallationbeingconnectedtoanappropriateearthelectrode.Theymaybeusedtoprovideprotectionagainstfirehazardsduetoapersistentearthfaultcurrent,withouttheoperationoftheovercurrentprotectivedevice.RCCBshavingaratedresidualoperatingcurrentnotexceeding30mAarealsousedasameansforadditionalprotectionincaseoffailureoftheprotectivemeansagainstelectricshock.Thisstandardappliestodevicesperformingsimultaneouslythefunctionsofdetectionoftheresidualcurrent,ofcomparisonofthevalueofthiscurrentwiththeresidualoperatingvalueandofopeningoftheprotectedcircuitwhentheresidualcurrentexceedsthisvalue.NOTE1TherequirementsforRCCBsareinlinewiththegeneralrequirementsofIEC60755.RCCBsareessentiallyintendedtobeoperatedbyuninstructedpersonsanddesignednottorequiremaintenance.Theymaybesubmittedforcertificationpurposes.NOTE2InstallationandapplicationrulesofRCCBsaregiveninIEC60364.Theyareintendedforuseinanenvironmentwithpollutiondegree2.Theyaresuitableforisolation.Specialprecautions(e.g.lightningarresters)maybenecessarywhenexcessiveovervoltagesarelikelytooccuronthesupplyside(forexampleinthecaseofsupplythroughoverheadlines)(seeIEC60364-4-443).RCCBsofthegeneraltypeareresistanttounwantedtrippingincludingthecasewheresurgevoltages(asaresultofswitchingtransientsorinducedbylightning)causeloadingcurrentsintheinstallationwithoutoccurrenceofflashover.RCCBsoftheStypeareconsideredtobesufficientproofagainstunwantedtrippingevenifthesurgevoltagecausesaflashoverandafollow-oncurrentoccurs.NOTE3SurgearrestersinstalleddownstreamofthegeneraltypeofRCCBsandconnectedincommonmodemaycauseunwantedtripping.NOTE4ForRCCBshavingadegreeofprotectionhigherthanIP20specialconstructionsmayberequired.Particularrequirementsarenecessaryfor–Residualcurrentoperatedcircuit-breakerswithintegralovercurrentprotection(seeIEC61009);–RCCBsincorporatedinorintendedonlyforassociationwithplugsandsocket-outletsorwithappliancecouplersforhouseholdorsimilargeneralpurposes.NOTE5Forthetimebeing,forRCCBsincorporatedin,orintendedonlyforsocket-outletsorplugs,therequirementsofthisstandardinconjunctionwiththerequirementsofIEC60884-1maybeusedasfarasapplicable.Therequirementsofthisstandardapplyfornormalenvironmentalconditions(see7.1).AdditionalrequirementsmaybenecessaryforRCCBsusedinlocationshavingsevereenvironmentalconditions.RCCBsincludingbatteriesarenotcoveredbythisstandard.
