【摘要】:ThispartofISO16276specifiesproceduresforassessingthefracturestrengthofaprotectivepaintcoatingofanythicknessonasteelsubstrateofthicknessnotlessthan10mm.TheproceduresgiveninthispartofISO16276arebasedonmethodsusedwithdifferenttypesofpull-offtestequipment.Theresultsobtainedusingsuchdifferenttypesofequipmentarenotcomparable.ThispartofISO16276isonlyapplicableifafracturestrengthvalueisspecified,togetherwiththetypeoftestequipmentandthemanufactureroftheequipment.Usually,thisinformationisincludedincontractdocumentation.ThispartofISO16276alsospecifiessuitableequipmentanddefinesinspectionareas,samplingplansandacceptance/rejectioncriteria.Itdoesnotgiveanyvaluesofthefracturestrengthofdifferentprotectivepaintcoatings.
