【摘要】:ThistestmethodcoverstheestimationofthegrossandnetheatofcombustioninSIunits,megajoulesperkilogram,ofpetroleumfuelsfromthefueldensity,sulfur,water,andashcontent.Note1-TheequationforestimationofnetandgrossheatofcombustionusedinthismethodwereoriginallypublishedbytheNISTPublicationNo.97.Thistestmethodisespeciallyusefulforestimating,usingaminimumnumberoftests,theheatofcombustionofburneranddieselfuelsforwhichitisnotusuallycriticaltoobtainverypreciseheatdeterminations.Note2-Moreaccurateestimationmethodsareavailableforaviationfuels(TestMethodsD1405andD3338,andD4529).However,thoseestimationmethodsrequireadditionalteststothoserequiredinthistestmethod.Thistestmethodispurelyempirical(NOTE1).ItisapplicableonlytoliquidhydrocarbonfuelsderivedbynormalrefiningprocessesfromconventionalcrudeoilthatconformtotherequirementsofspecificationsforpetroleumfuelsasdescribedinNote3.Thistestmethodisvalidforthosefuelsinthedensityrangefrom750to1000kg/mandthosethatdonotcontainanunusuallyhigharomaticcontent.Higharomaticcontentfuelswillnotnormallymeetfuelspecificationcriteria.Note3-Theestimationoftheheatofcombustionofahydrocarbonfuelfromitsdensityandsulfur,water,andashcontentisjustifiableonlywhenthefuelbelongstowell-definedclassesforwhicharelationshipbetweenthesequantitieshavebeenderivedfromaccurateexperimentalmeasurementsonrepresentativesamplesoftheseclasses.Evenintheseclasses,thepossibilitythattheestimatemaybeinerrorbylargeamountsforindividualfuelsshouldberecognized.Thistestmethodhasbeentestedforalimitednumberoffuelsfromoilsandbitumenandshaleoiloriginandhasbeenfoundtobevalid.Theclassesoffuelsusedtoestablishthecorrelationpresentedinthistestmethodarerepresentedbythefollowingapplications:Thistestmethodisnotapplicabletopurehydrocarbons.Itisnotintendedasasubstituteforexperimentalmeasurementsofheatofcombustion(Note04).Note4-TheproceduresfortheexperimentaldeterminationofthegrossandnetheatsofcombustionaredescribedinTestMethodsD240andD4809.ThevaluesstatedinacceptableSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60695providesguidanceonthefactorswhichaffectthetoxichazardfromfiresinvolvingelectrotechnicalproducts,andprovidesinformationonthemethodologiesrecommendedbyISOTC92(SC3)forestimatingandreducingthetoxichazardfromfires,asexpressedinISO19706,ISO13344andISO13571.Thereisnosingletesttorealisticallyassesstoxichazardinfires.Small-scaletoxicpotencytestsarenotcapableontheirownofassessingthetoxichazardinfires.Currenttoxicitytestsattempttomeasurethetoxicpotencyofalaboratorygeneratedfireeffluent.Toxicpotencyshouldnotbeconfusedwithtoxichazard.ThisbasicsafetypublicationisintendedforusebytechnicalcommitteesinthepreparationofstandardsinaccordancewiththeprincipleslaiddowninIECGuide104andISO/IECGuide51.Oneoftheresponsibilitiesofatechnicalcommitteeis,whereverapplicable,tomakeuseofbasicsafetypublicationsinthepreparationofitspublications.Therequirements,testmethodsortestconditionsofthisbasicsafetypublicationwillnotapplyunlessspecificallyreferredtoorincludedintherelevantpublications.
