【摘要】:ThispartofISO21528specifiesamethod,withoutpre-enrichment,fortheenumerationofEnterobacteriaceae.Itisapplicableto—productsintendedforhumanconsumptionandthefeedingofanimals,and—environmentalsamplesintheareaoffoodproductionandfoodhandling.Enumerationiscarriedoutbycountingcoloniesinasolidmediumafterincubationat37℃(or30℃).Thistechniqueisrecommendedwhenthenumberofcoloniessoughtisexpectedtobemorethan100permillilitreorpergramofthetestsample.note:1)Thetemperatureof37℃isgenerallyusedwhentheenumerationofEnterobacteriaceaeisforahygienicindicator.Alternatively,atemperatureof30℃canbechosenwhentheenumerationofEnterobacteriaceaeisconductedfortechnologicalpuposesandincludespsychrotrophicEnterobacteriaceae.
